TimeNova sends transactional and product email tied to specific accounts and organizations: invitations, notifications, reports, and billing communications. These guidelines cover acceptable use of those features.
Section 2
Permitted use
These features are meant to support real workspace relationships.
- Inviting teammates, contractors, or clients you are authorized to add to your workspace.
- Using notification and report emails to keep people informed about real project and time-tracking activity.
- Using integration features, such as webhooks or email notifications, for their intended operational purpose.
Section 3
Prohibited use
The following uses are not permitted, regardless of workspace plan or role:
- Inviting people to a workspace without a genuine business relationship, solely to deliver messages to them.
- Using invitation, notification, or report features to send unsolicited marketing or promotional content.
- Harvesting, scraping, or reselling email addresses collected through TimeNova.
- Impersonating another person or organization when sending invitations or messages.
Section 4
Organization responsibility
Workspace administrators are responsible for who is invited to their organization and for how notification-based features are used by their team. Organizations that route external campaigns through integrations remain responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam and electronic-communication laws.
Section 5
Reporting suspected abuse
If you receive an invitation or message through TimeNova that you believe is unsolicited or abusive, you can report it through official TimeNova support channels, including the sender, workspace, and message details where available.
Section 6
Enforcement
Violating these guidelines may result in restricted access to invitation or notification features, workspace suspension, or account termination, consistent with the Terms of Service.
Section 7
Changes and contact
TimeNova may update these guidelines as TimeNova's communication features evolve.
