Introduction
These terms apply to anyone approved to participate in the TimeNova affiliate program and earn commission for referring new paying customers to TimeNova.
Section 2
Becoming an affiliate
Once approved, an affiliate receives a unique referral link or code and access to a dashboard showing clicks, signups, and commission generated through that link.
Section 3
Qualifying referrals
A referral generally qualifies for commission when it meets all of the following:
- The signup is attributed to the affiliate’s unique link or code.
- The referred organization is a new TimeNova customer, not an existing or recently reactivated account.
- The referred organization converts to, and remains active on, a paid plan through any applicable refund window.
Section 4
Commission and payouts
Commission rates, the commission period, and the payout schedule are set out in the affiliate’s approval terms or dashboard and may vary by agreement. A minimum payout threshold may apply. Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations of the underlying subscription can reduce or reverse the associated commission.
Section 5
Prohibited practices
Affiliates may not:
- Refer themselves or their own organization’s workspace to earn commission.
- Send unsolicited bulk email or messages to promote their referral link.
- Bid on TimeNova trademark terms in paid search without written permission.
- Make false or misleading claims about TimeNova’s features, pricing, or endorsements.
- Offer cashback, coupons, or other incentives for clicking a referral link without clear disclosure.
Section 6
Disclosure requirements
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with TimeNova wherever they promote a referral link, consistent with applicable advertising and endorsement guidelines in their jurisdiction.
Section 7
Term and termination
TimeNova may modify or end the affiliate program, or suspend an individual affiliate for violating these terms, at its discretion. Commission properly earned before termination is handled according to the affiliate’s approval terms.
